She was actually able to successfully find two homes with me, and when the first home turned out to have too many issues, was able to guide me out of what would have been a mistake. Her knowledge of the Tampa market was excellent, and I found that we consistently were going to see houses that were not only in my price range but were the kind of homes I was looking for (sometimes anticipating my needs and wants before I even knew about them). Negotiation and closing were hard due to a rough appraisal, but Selena was able to save the purchase and get me into the home smoothly. Phenomenal experience! Selena did everything possible to ensure that we could get the house we wanted! We were limited by time and could only spend a weekend looking at houses; she put us on the houses that really really interested us because she listened and took into account all of our needs and wants. She didn’t waste time trying to show us something that was out of our price range or something that we didn’t want. After the sale, she continue to help us out as we close during the pandemic and couldn’t move as quickly as we had hoped. I would recommend Selena to anyone coming down to the Tampa area she will take care of you and your family no matter what type of house you were looking for.

Selena is the Realtor®️ that listens to what the client wants! Not just putting your name and number into a computer program that spits out email after email. That isn't really what we were looking for. She listened to what my daughter wanted. Selena looked thru the different homes and gave us her insight into all of them!
